Top Dividend Stocks Of 2013

Believe it or not 2013 is almost half way over. July is just around the corner and before we know it December will be here. Since we are half way through the year I thought it was a good time to see which dividend-paying stocks are performing the best so far in 2013.

The recent sell off brings things back into a more balanced perspective.  Even after the relatively small downturn many of these stocks have still performed very well this year.

I’ve broken things out into 3 different sections. REITs, DOW30, and the Dividend Aristocrats.

REITs

REITs have been getting hit hard lately but there are still 5 REITs that have risen more than 25% so far in 2013.

  1. Too bad none of mine is in the 3 lists 🙂 But that’s ok for me, I’m desperately waiting for lower prices to add to my positions. Luckily those dividends help me abide my time!
